Enjoy Porto and forget about taxis and car renting: walk around and take Porto´s finest public transportation.

Reservation conditions: securiy proceedings

Reservation, let´s go down to business: our bed and breakfast is very unique, and, since we have only one bedroom for the guests, we need to charge a down payment to garantee the reservation. It is around 50 euros that needs to be deposited in our bank account, as an upfront portion of costs, deducted from the total bill, for bedroom reservation.
The precise amount for reservation payment is informed when a client asks for information.

Security deposit: the guest is also required during check in to make a 70 euros deposit fully refunded when checking out (unless unpredicted expenses happen, such as material damage, key loss, and others).

Identification: all guests must be fully identified with ID, and provide home address.

Security for you: we don´t ask your credit card number

Refund Policy:

The reservation payment is around 20% of the total accomodation cost. Since this is an artist's residence, we are not a big hotel, and we have just one bedroom for guests, a lost reservation is very costly for us, so we cannot afford refunds of reservation payments. If the guests decide not to stay with us, after having the reservation confirmed and payed, we will have to hold the reservation payment, because we need to cover some of the costs and the loss of the days we had reserved for that guest. We appreciate your comprehension. Our guests enjoy staying with us :)
